The KACST-TIC for Carbon Capture and Sequestration, located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, seeks applications for multiple positions at the levels of Faculty, Post-Doctoral Fellows, PhD and M Sc. students, to start immediately.

Applications are invited from outstanding candidates with expertise in the following fields:

·         CO2 sequestration

·         MOF synthesis and their application to CO2 adsorption systems

·         CO2 leakage detection

·         Chemical looping combustion

·         Synthesis and modeling of Ion Transport membranes

·         Enhancement of oil recovery using CO2

Candidates working in the areas of CCS and/or have practical experience in any of the above areas are encouraged to apply for these openings. The applicant should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline. The candidate will be expected to develop and participate in an active, internationally recognized research program.
